1. About the App

MiS Call Manager is a CRM-based call tracking and employee management solution designed for businesses, sales teams and customer support organizations. The app is a business productivity tool and is not intended to function as a standalone consumer dialer.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name and role, provided by you or your organization's administrator.
• Call data: incoming, outgoing and missed call logs (phone number, time, duration, call type) related to business calls, so they can be linked to customer and lead records.
• Lead & CRM data: leads, customer details, follow-up schedules, remarks and notes entered by users.
• Location information: recorded during business calls (only when enabled by your organization) to help manage field employees and verify customer visits.
• Call recordings: where the feature is enabled by your organization and permitted by local law, recordings may be synced to your organization's account.
• Device information: device model, OS version, app version and crash logs to improve reliability.

3. Accessibility Service (Voice Controller)

MiS Call Manager uses the Android Accessibility Service only to provide Voice Controller features for supported calls. It is used only after you explicitly grant permission, and is required to enable hands-free call controls within the application.

The Accessibility Service is used to:

• Detect supported call screens.
• Enable hands-free Answer Call.
• Enable hands-free End Call.
• Enable Speaker ON/OFF voice controls.

The Accessibility Service is NOT used to:

• Read passwords.
• Read personal messages.
• Capture unrelated screen content.
• Record remote call audio.

You can disable the Accessibility Service at any time from Android Settings.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide call tracking, lead management, follow-up and reporting features to you and your organization.
• To maintain a complete customer communication history for your organization's CRM.
• To support employee activity tracking and field workforce management as configured by your organization.
• To send missed call alerts, follow-up reminders and service notifications.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the Service.

5. Background Processing

The app may run in the background to synchronize call data and CRM updates so that customer records remain accurate. You can control background activity through your device settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with your organization (the account owner/administrator), with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, notifications) under strict confidentiality, or when required by law.

7. Data Security

Business data is securely stored, encrypted in transit and at rest, and used only for CRM and employee management purposes. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained for as long as your organization's account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You or your administrator may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

9. Permissions Used

• Phone / Call Log: to track and sync business calls.
• Contacts: to match calls with customer names.
• Location: to record business-call location for field tracking (optional).
• Microphone: for voice commands and, where enabled, call recording.
• Notifications: for missed call alerts and follow-up reminders.
• Accessibility Service: for Voice Controller features only, as described above.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
